Loretta Turo Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Turo of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Corbett and Madeline Corbett (Bonner); her husband Francis Turo; her daughter Nancy Turo; her granddaughter Kateri Roney; and her sister Kathleen Corbett.

She is survived by: her children, Anne Beasley (Steven Hillenbrand) of Brewerton, Thomas Turo (Kim) of Fayetteville, Patricia Roney of Claremont, CA, Mark Turo (Mary) of Sebastian, FL, James Turo of Liverpool, Kathleen Turo of Syracuse and Stephen Turo of Altmar; and her sister Joan Powers of Montgomery, AL. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
