He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Karb; his son-in-law Ray Churchill; and his siblings, Eugene Karb and Frances Adams. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Churchill and Julie Karb; his grandchildren, Kaleigh and Shannon Churchill; and his brother Richard Karb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
