She was predeceased by: her parents, Serafina Romagno and Nicola Romagno; her husbands, Domenico Gigante and Umberto Cassano; her son Domenico Antonio Gigante; her siblings, Vito Romagno and Giovanna Petrera; and her son-in-law Antonio Pascarella.
She is survived by: her children, Nicoletta Merola (Nicola), Nicola Gigante (Eileen), Serafina Pascarella and Graziella Gigante-Baggett (David); and her daughter-in-law Denise Gigante. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
