With sadness, we share the passing of Marilyn G. Carr of Syracuse, New York. Marilyn, born on May 7, 1963 in Spring Valley, California, passed away on June 16, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Nebe and Jo Ann Nebe; and her stepsiblings, Jodi Rogers, Jeri Rogers and James Nebe.
She is survived by: her husband Howard III; her children, Howard IV (Tiffany), Stephen and Sarah Downey (Tim); her grandsons, George and Liam; her brother Arthur Nebe; and her stepbrother Jay Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marilyn's memory may be made to Hospice of CNY or of the Fingerlakes.
