He is survived by: his son Theodore Fay (Katie Rimkevitz); his close friend Deboraha Masullo-Hooge; his grandchildren, Jason, Ayden, Ty, Theodore, Avery and Hazel; his great grandchild Iris Rose; his brother John Fay; and his sister-in-law Kathleen Dunster.
