It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark David Lancette of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Mark is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Mark's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Madalyn Blanche LaZore and James Robert Lancette; and his nephew Mark Fox. He is survived by: his children, Zachary Lancette, Shannon Lancette, Lindsey Lancette and Joel Wenzel; and his siblings, Yvonne Lancette and James Lancette.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ballweg and Lunsford Funeral Home (4612 S Salina St, Syracuse, NY 13205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
