It is with sadness that the passing of Mary Frances Patnode of Syracuse, New York is shared. Mary Frances, born on November 5, 1938 in Churubusco, New York, passed away on August 19, 2026. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward J. Patnode Jr.; and her brother Ronald LeClair. She is survived by: her children, Rita Patnode (John Belge), Mark Patnode (Debbie Spoto Patnode), Pierre "Pete" Patnode (Amy Koplik Patnode) and Collette Patnode Fay (John Fay); her grandchildren, Jeremy, Pierre, Nicholas, Patrick, Marina, Angel, Kamin and Kyra; and her sisters, Donna Johnson, Arlene Nichols, Bonnie Freville and Linda Rossi (Robert Rossi). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
