She is survived by: her stepfather Jessie B. Heath; her children, Obie Lee Mercer (Cassondra) of Jacksonville, Florida, John Mercer (Betty) of Utica, Darryl Mercer (Yevette) of Syracuse, Dwight Mercer (Phyllis) of Menifee, California, Tawn Mercer of Syracuse and Patrick Dunn (Sarah) of Syracuse; her close friend Tommy Paige of Syracuse; her uncle Bobby Carson (Ida) of Dewitt; and her sister Joyce Kirkland of Syracuse. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
