He was predeceased by: his parents, John McCormick and Gertrude McCormick of Syracuse, NY; and his siblings, Joan Collins, John (Jerry) and Charlie McCormick.
He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel McCormick (Shami), Susan Hartnett (Jim), Marilyn Cappuccilli (Peter) and Patrick McCormick (Cathy); and his friend Bill W.. He is also survived by great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
