She is survived by: her sister Adele Wakefield; her husband Allan Carl Mazur; her daughters, Julie Mazur Tribe (Matthew Tribe) and Rachel Mazur (John Sturdevant); Max, Wren Sturdevant and Marlo Tribe. She is also survived by her three grandchildren.
