He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Barcume. He is survived by: his sister Michelle Pulver; and his close friend Gerry Thayer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carter Funeral Home, Inc. (1604 Grant Blvd, Syracuse, NY 13208).
