She was predeceased by: her husband David Marrs Sr.; her parents, John Casey and Louise Sackett (Anthony); and her brother Dr. James B. Casey. She is survived by: her children, David Marrs, Jr. (Jackie) of Marietta, Melinda Mayer (Mark) of Syracuse and Amy Gasowski (Mark) of Syracuse; her grandchildren, Andrea Markusz (Anthony), John Marrs (Hannah Comstock), Casey Mayer, Mark Mayer Jr. (Emily Decker), Mark Gasowski, Jr. (Rachel) and Gabrielle Gasowski (John Mitrzyk); her great grandchildren, Mark Gasowski III and Mark William Mayer; and her sister-in-law Diane Casey of New Albany, OH. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church (5402 W Genesee St, Camillus, NY 13031). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Onondaga Valley Cemetery (2500 Valley Dr, Nedrow, NY 13207).
