She was predeceased by: her husband John; her granddaughter Leigh Ann; her parents, William Bloshinski and Blanche Bloshinski; her brother Paul; her grandsons, John, Joseph, Michael (Erin), Christopher Dopkowski and Stephen Piatkowski; and her great grandchild Evyn.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond, Theresa Piatkowski (Robert) and Michael "Mickey" (late Valerie).
