She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Butkowski; her parents, George Magley and Dorothy Magley; her siblings, George Magley and Molly Hemmingway; and her grandson Bennett Butkowski.

She is survived by: her children, Amy Butkowski, Matthew Butkowski and Robert Butkowski (Tracy); her siblings, Maureen (Robert), Delia (Tom), Michael (Susan) and Christopher (Faith); and her grandchildren, Riley and Bailey Butkowski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
