He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Packard and Beatrice Packard. He is survived by: his wife Emily Mohr; his children, Elizabeth Roden (Dellas), Michelle Mohr (Earl Cleveland), Alexandria Coyne (Nicholas), William Mohr, Michael Mohr (Joelle) and Steven Mohr; and his nieces and nephews, Bri Packard and Ryan Packard. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
