He was predeceased by: his wife Poppy Husted; his parents, Carol Husted, and Robert Husted, Sr.; his sister Katherine Cox; and his nephew Jeremy Cox.
He is survived by: his sister Charmaine Fahsel (Bruce); his nephews, Eric Fahsel (Kristen), Andrew Fahsel and Joshua Cox (Jill Wooding); and his niece Cassie Brady (Brent). He is also survived by two daughters; and several other nieces and nephews.
