He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McCarthy and Elizabeth McCarthy; his son John; and his brother Richard. He is survived by: his wife Marie Antoinette Falcone; his children, Anne Irving (Bob) of Beverly, MA and Rob (Michelle) of Lenexa, KS; his daughter-in-law Anne of Skaneateles; his grandchildren, Katie, Michael, Robbie, Patrick, Erin, Jake, Kelly and David; and his sisters, Jean Andrews of Lynnfield and Joan Newton of Fryeburg, Maine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (127 Chapel Dr, Syracuse, NY 13219).
