He was predeceased by: his siblings, Fred Sylvester, Jack Sylvester, Delores Checkosky and Mary Harper. He is survived by: his wife Joanna Sylvester (Minale); his daughters, Shari Wallenbeck (Alan) and Linda Kalbus (Thomas Jr.); his sister-in-law Barbara Sylvester; and his grandchildren, Zachary Wallenbeck, Kali Wallenbeck, Jacob Kalbus and Jeremy Kalbus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
