We are sad to announce that, on August 19, 2022, at the age of 84, Rosemarie Ospelt Hess of Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Hess. She is survived by: her siblings, Paula Prior and Art Ospelt; her great grandchild Nico; and her children, Adam, Erin and Sheila. She is also survived by her four children and 8 grandchildren.
