He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Muolo (Fina) and Joseph Muolo; his wife Lillian (Orsini); and his brothers, Dominic, Cosimo and Joseph.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Weller (Dennis) and Lisa Hayes (Larry); and his grandchildren, Catherine and Michael. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
