Ruth (Liadka) Cacchione Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth (Liadka) Cacchione of Syracuse, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 10, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Ruth's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Ruth's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas P. Cacchione; and her son Paul. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Norman (Mark), Nicholas Cacchione (Therese), Joseph Cacchione (Gale), Christina House (Jeffrey) and Patrick Cacchione (Pamela); and her daughter-in-law Lorraine Cacchione. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many loving siblings, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the St. Daniel Church (3004 Court St, Syracuse, NY 13208). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
