She is survived by: her siblings, Theodore Smith, Stephanie Perna (Dan) and Stephen Smith; her friend Brian McClurg; her niece Ashley Zimmerman (Mark); and her nephews, Jacob and Christian Krupa. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
