He was predeceased by: his parents, Stuart D. Hayes, Sr. and Earleen Hayes (Countermine). He is survived by: his children, Jordan Hayes of Baldwinsville, NY, Rachel Arcuri (Rodrigo) of East Rochester, NY and Elizabeth Hayes (Alex Lanchantin) of Albany, NY; the mother of his children Jill Hayes (Gallagher) of Baldwinsville, NY; his granddaughter Alessandria Arcuri; his close friend Margo Sampson of Syracuse, NY; and his pet Maddie.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Falardeau Funeral Home (93 Downer St, Baldwinsville, NY 13027). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Pebble Hill Presbyterian Church.
