He is survived by: his wife Mary Azzolino (Saya); his children, Michele Vinciquerra (Mark), Kathleen Azzolino and Thomas P. Azzolino; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rebecca Vinciquerra, Tommy, Sydney Azzolino and Amanda Toole; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Anne Azzolino, Frances Toia and Genevieve Saya. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
