He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Foster and Laura Foster; his sisters, Sally and Mary; and his wife Jean.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Halligan (Bob), Tom Jr. (Patti) and Laura Wheeler (Hugh). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
