He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his children, Erin (Jenny), Eric, Patrick Fitzgerald (Stephanie) and Shawna Lawrence; and his siblings, Eva, Gregory (Kimberly), Richard (Brenda) and Stephan Zook. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews & cousins.
