He was predeceased by: his father Harold; and his brother Matthew. He is survived by: his mother Shirley; his children, Jeffrey and Kelly (Eli); his grandsons, Samuel, Miles and Calvin; and his brother Harold (Diane).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to SUNY OCC or the American Diabetes Association.
