She is survived by: her children, Verdell Dedeaux Gayden (Tarif), Earl Dedeaux, Jr. and Eric Dedeaux (Tina); her grandson Frederick Porter, II; and her sister Petronia Cosby. She is also survived by her son; 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
