He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary D'Agostino and Carmen D'Agostino; his sisters, Sandra Colantone and Maria D'Agostino; and his pet Kasey.
He is survived by: his wife Debby; his children, Joseph (Maryanne), Tony (Sandi), Vinnie (Deeann), Mike and Mary D'Agostino; and his brother Roy D'Agostino (Stephanie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
