She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Gatewood and Helen Gatewood; her children, Stanley and Valerie; and her brothers, Don, Tom, John, Gerald and David.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne H. Confer; her sister Nancy Polkonen; and her children, Evonne and Brian Confer (Debbie). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
