It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter J. Vader of Syracuse, New York, who passed away on June 18, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sonny Vader and Elaine Vader (Tafel); and his sisters, Kim Vader and Barb Demco. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Vader (Foster); his children, Jonathan Smallwood, Joshua Vader (Carly Piorie) and Allison; his grandchildren, Arianna Monds, Aubrey Vader and Roman Jones; and his siblings, Eleanor Braun, Brenda Pendall and Michael. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
