He is survived by: his wife Clara Belknap; his brother George Rood (Betty); his children, Elaine Guppy (Karl) and Larkin Rood (Pat); his grandchildren, Kyle Guppy (Olivia) and Kaitlyn Guppy-Minichino (Ryan) of Stuart, Florida; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Guppy, Kade Guppy (Kaitlyn) and Kwynn Minichino (Kaitlyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
