He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Chapman and Arlene L. Chapman; and his sister Laura Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Susan E. Chapman; his children, Rebecca A. Chapman, Jeffrey M. Chapman, Sr. of Baldwinsville and Brian P. Chapman (Syracuse); his grandsons, Jeffrey M. Chapman, Jr., Joseph W. Bodnar and Kevin M. Faatz; his great grandchild Peyton J. Williams (Walker); and his brother John P. Chapman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
