He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles L. Kiggins and Mary M. Kiggins (Burke); and his brother Charles W. Kiggins. He is survived by : his children, Alison Johnston (Clay) and Aaron Kiggins (Jessica); his grandchildren, Cassidy, Reece, Addison Johnston, Thomas, Elliot and Burke Kiggins of Charlotte, NC; his brother Russell J. Kiggins (Donna) of Syracuse; and his sister-in-law JoAnne Kiggins of North Syracuse. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (216 N Lowell Ave, Syracuse, NY 13204). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, May 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
