He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Judkins and Viola Judkins (Hafner); and his former wife Frances Judkins (Rappazzo). He is survived by: his children, Bill Judkins, Jr. (Jennifer), Chris Judkins and Tierza Sovocool (Mark); and his grandchildren, Charlie (Lauren), Carson, Bryn and Tanner Judkins.
