He was predeceased by: his father William Herbert; his stepmother Leah; his brothers, Gary and George; and his mother Mary Alice.
He is survived by: his son Jason of Liverpool; and his siblings, Larry of Syracuse and Nancy Glahn Hall (Fred) of Tennessee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
