She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert DeWolfe and Joyce Grinnell DeWolfe; her husband Andy; and her siblings, Sharon and Robert.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Smothers, Christy Brazie and Matthew Smothers; her daughter-in-law Brittany Harosia; her grandchildren, Cari (Rick), McKenna, Jerremy Brazie, Hank, Waylon and Ada Smothers; her siblings, Heidi Buell (Bruce) and James DeWolfe; her siblings-in-law, Sharon Smith, Bob and Dick Galek; her caregivers, Chris and Debbie; her daughter Katelyn; Tina Boncella. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
