He is survived by: his wife Candy Budesheim; his children, Tao Amadon (Michael) and Hope Greene (Joel); his grandchildren, Kayden, Eli Amadon, Coleden and Talynn Greene; his sister Marilyn Tate; and his nephews, Danny and Derek Criss.
