She was predeceased by: her parents, Percy Hallowell and Helen Hallowell; her husband Nicholas Zapp; her daughter Jana Packard; her granddaughter Fiona McKnight; and her siblings, Frank Hallowell, Flora Robinson and Jacqueline Rengers.
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Meicht (Peter), Dean Zapp (Michele) and Jamie Libertelli; her son-in-law Steven Packard; her grandson Louis Zapp (Meredith); her great grandchildren, Arden and Granger; her grandchild Ashley Donley (William); her great grandchildren, William and Callum; her grandson Nicholas Zapp (Molly); her great grandchildren, Luke, Alexander McKnight (Lexie), Seth Packard and Joseph Libertelli (Amelia); her nieces, Suzanne Zapp and Dorothy Robinson; and her nephew Ronald Herishko (Deborah).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Taghkanic Firehouse (631 Old Rte 82, Taghkanic, NY 12521).
