He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Kinney and Alta Kinney; and his wife Marilyn (Phelan). He is survived by: his sons, John Kinney (Anna), Michael Kinney (Jacqueline) and Wayne Kinney; his grandchildren, Peter (Jessica), Emma (Erin), Logan (Joseph), Alex (Sarah) and Mackenzie; and his great grandchild Everleigh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
