With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kathryn A. Fromer of Tannersville, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Joseph Phelan and Frances Louise Judd of Tannersville, NY.; her husband Fredrick Fromer; and her siblings, Marilyn Justine "Tenny" Kinney, Wayne M. Phelan, Edward L. Phelan and John J. Phelan.
She is survived by: her sons, Fredrick Fromer, Jr. (Debbie) of Haines Falls and Jeffrey Fromer (Penny) of Tannersville; her grandchildren, Michael Fromer (Erin) of Pearl River, Joshua Fromer of Tannersville, Ashley Dugan (Dillon) of Haines Falls and John Fromer of Haines Falls; her great grandchildren, Emery, Paige and Violet Dugan; and her brother Peter B. Phelan of Hanson, KY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
