She was predeceased by : her parents, Dr. Alexander Wemmell and Clio Wemmell; her caregiver Ken; her husband Kenneth Still; her siblings, Clio Hoffman, Alexander Andrew Wemmell Jr. and Newell Wemmell; and her nieces, Elaine Kirk and Virginia Morthland.

She is survived by : her daughter Donna Franco; her son-in-law Ray Franco of Cortland; her grandsons, Stephen Franco (Janine) of Cortland, Brad Franco (Meg) of Portland and Brian Franco (Amanda) of Auburn, NY.; her great grandchildren, Max, Lauren, Miles, Julia, Anna, Emerson and Vivian Franco; and her niece Janice Hoffman.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the United Presbyterian Church or the Cortland Arts Council.
