He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Chulla and James Chulla; his aunt MaryAnn Blascik; and his nephew Scott Scudieri. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard (Cathy) and MaryJean Deimer; and his nieces and nephews, Craig, Derrick Scudieri, Sharon Bailey, Melissa Reyes, Katrina Kaplan and Kayla Chulla.
