He is survived by: his children, Tracy and Chris Zimmerman of Charlotte, NC; his granddaughters, Kathleen and Laura; his children, John and Kathryn Patterson of Ridgewood, NJ; his grandchildren, Carolyn, Daniel and Jack; his children, Dr. Francis and Tia Patterson of Midland Park, NJ; and his grandchildren, Timothy (Simone), Elizabeth, Madeline, Nicole, Colin, Izaiah and Elijah. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
