Sam Belfer of Tarrytown, New York, born on June 21, 1940, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2026. Sam will be survived by his wife Pamela: his children, Brian, Glenn, Daughter in law Lisa & Daughter Jennifer: stepchildren Allan & Adrienne: grandchildren Stephanie, Kenneth, Kylie, Bryce, Claire & Dani, and his brother Joseph.
