She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence G. Neuroth and Gladys Neuroth (Loucks). She is survived by: her friends, Willie, Linda Simpson, Evelyn Bartlett, Jan Atkinson, Terry Prior, Terri Brown and Timothy Minnick.
Memorial donations in Bethany's name may be made to the Theresa Fire Department, 400 Mill Street, Theresa, NY 13691. Bethany E. Neuroth was dedicated to serving others and will continue to do so giving through the Loucks-Neuroth Foundation, which she created to benefit many in her community as well as other local non-profits in the North Country.
