He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bruce Turner and Mary Lake Turner; and his brother Gregory B. Turner. He is survived by: his wife Anita S. A. Eggleston; his daughter Andria M.; his son-in-law Ryan D. Strough; his son Arik G. Turner (Marcie L. LaBrake) of Morristown, NY; his grandchildren, Jaxen T. LaPiene, Masen G. LaPiene and Maren J. R. Strough; and his brothers, Richard W. (Patricia C. Lake) and Jeffery L. (Deborah S. Turner). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
