Lewis; his grandchildren, Alisha, Mikayla, Sierra, Tyler and Madison; his siblings, Bruce Lewis, Carol Reed and Mary June; Brenda Fleming, David Carlisle of Rossie, NY and Jeffrey Fleming. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
