He is survived by: his wife Clorinda; his sons, James Ross Wagoner and William Cecil Wagoner; his brother David; his sister-in-law Andrea Wagoner of Rossie, NY; his sister Jane Wagoner; his sister-in-law Jean Fultz of Oswego, NY; and his brother Daniel Cratsenberg of Binghamton, NY. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
