LaForty; his parents-in-law, Homer and Florence Orvis Booth; and his siblings-in-law, Roger D. Booth and Carol Booth Savage. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
